By creating an account and using TempusMail Premium, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts may result in termination

Billing: TempusMail Premium is offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal, NowPayments (cryptocurrency) for USD payments and Zoho Payments for INR. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.

You agree NOT to use TempusMail for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk commercial messages
• Phishing, fraud, or any illegal activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our email services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss.

All content, features, and functionality of TempusMail, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TempusMail and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create, send, and receive through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts may not receive refunds.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after account closure in accordance with our data retention policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempusMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TempusMail and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
